Return and Refund Policy

Returns must be requested and shipped within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are only accepted for manufacturer defects.
Shipping damage goes through post office.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to the cost of the planner once the return is approved and received with pictures showing defect.
Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
